Elon Musk Eyes LA Mansion to House His Growing Family

Sandra Roman

Apparently, it’s not enough for Elon Musk to dominate space, EVs, and social media—he also wants to pull off an ambitious family merger. Reports say the billionaire is looking to move his 11 kids and three exes into one big, happy (or at least close-knit) family setup.

Family Real Estate Plans:

  • Musk had initially scoped out a compound of three Austin mansions, but now he and his ex, Claire “Grimes” Boucher, are reportedly on the hunt for a mega-mansion in LA.
  • The property would house their three children, as well as Musk’s other kids and potentially his other exes, which means at least 15 people under one very spacious roof.

Why the Compound Life?

For Musk, it’s all about efficiency. The self-proclaimed population crusader has been on a mission to boost birth rates. Now, he seems keen to bring his family into one centralized setup, maybe to streamline his parenting duties or perhaps just to see if the Brady Bunch could work in real life.

Who’s In So Far?

Neuralink exec Shivon Zilis, mother to three of Musk’s children, has already taken him up on the offer, moving into one of his Austin properties. As for the rest of his family, including his first ex-wife Justine Musk and their five older kids, time will tell if they’re ready to join the Musk mansion experiment.
